Brian Bizzarro, PhD, MSN-Ed, RN
Brian Bizzarro is a seasoned healthcare leader with experience in clinical practice, nursing education, and leadership. Beginning as an emergency room tech, he then advanced to earn his Registered Nurse license, building a strong foundation in medical-surgical and emergency room care.
Over the years, he has held staff and management roles across multiple acute care units, including Emergency Department, Progressive Care (PCU), Neuro-Telemetry, Intensive Care (ICU), and Dialysis. His passion for developing the next generation of nurses has led him back into academia, where he had served prior as a lead faculty member and then as Program Director for an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program.
Dr. Bizzarro strives to foster high-performing teams, promote quality outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. His passion for advancing nursing education and practice reflects a career devoted to service, innovation, and the well-being of students, healthcare professionals and patients.
